Course Content

Effective consultants and advisors work with two categories of skills: content skills and process skills. Content skills refer to the technical skills that consultants use to solve problems and advise clients on future options. Process skills refer to the communication and interpersonal relationship skills that consultants use to build trusting and valued relationships with their clients. The Consultant's Toolkit is a program that focuses on the "content" skills that help consultants solve business problems and encourage small business development and entrepreneurship in their communities.
