Management consulting services in the areas of management development, coaching and facilitation. Projects have included: organizational (board/staff) development; strategic planning; change/transition management; project and organizational evaluation; conference presentations; training for supervisors and managers, and part-time teaching at the Universities of Winnipeg and Manitoba

1970-1981 Dental Hygiene Educator and Clinical Practitioner
Included seven years as a faculty member of the University of Manitoba School of Dental Hygiene and one year as a consultant to the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry. Served as the Acting Director of the School of Dental Hygiene for two years before entering graduate school in 1978.
