Course Objectives

Describe the project management cycle and how it applies to a variety of projects.
Describe a high performing project culture and be able to use the skills required to create such a culture.
Use the ROI process (Responsibilities, Objectives and Indicators) to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the members of the project team.
Be able to plan both a simple project and a more complex project using a variety of planning worksheet.

Special Features

Learn about project planning through participation in the Project Planning Game.
Participants receive a set of thirteen project planning worksheets which can be used back in the workplace.
Evaluation

Participants are required to demonstrate their ability to plan a project from their own work environment using the Project Planning Worksheets.
