Managing Your Job
Sequus International
Management: Consulting Education Development
Course Length:  Managing Your Job is a three day program. It may be offered in a variety of configurations since it deals with distinct topics: Managing Time, Managing Change, Managing Stress, Managing Emotions and Managing Performance Problems.
The notions of participatory management, quality work teams and empowerment are "paper tigers" if employees do not have the necessary skills base to make participation possible. Managing Your Job builds that essential skill base. It is basic training for all employees. Managing Your Job removes the obstacles to productivity that are created by self-management.
