Sequus has worked with dozens of credit unions throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Among them are Westoba Credit Union, Teachers Credit Union, Vanguard Credit Union, Assiniboine Credit Union, Tiger Hills Credit Union, Hyline Credit Union, Minnedosa Credit Union, Melville Credit Union, Boisevain Credit Union, Steinbach Credit Union, Astra Credit Union, Prince Albert Credit Union, the Battleford's Credit Union and many others. Our work with individual credit unions is typically assistance with strategic planning but we have also completed market studies, helped with conflict resolution, facilitated mergers, provided management training and so on.  We have helped many Credit Union boards develop by first having members of the board complete our board development survey especially designed for Credit Unions.  (Click here to go to our online survey page and look at a sample.)

We have worked extensively with the Manitoba , Saskatchewan & Alberta Credit Union Centrals and helped launch the President's Forum in Manitoba, an organization bringing 70 credit union presidents together annually. The staff of the Centrals in most provinces have participated in our Consulting Skills workshops.

We also have worked with the Federation des Caisses Populaires, the Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation, and delivered workshops for the Cooperative College of Canada.
