THE BOARD DIAGNOSTIC SURVEY
Sequus has years of experience working with volunteer boards all over the world. We are often asked to assist with developing the board's effectiveness. To begin, we start with a diagnosis of where the board is now on 13 critical performance factors. We use the 70 item Board Diagnostic Survey to collect impressions from board members and others who are in a position to observe the board at work. The results are compiled and fed back to the board in the form of a report with advice on how to build on strengths and deal with areas of weakness.

SEQUUS has been involved with the Province of Manitoba's new initiative to improve the human resource management practices of small to medium size businesses.
