We will send you an access code which you can in turn supply to your respondents with an invitation to take your survey.Once the data is collected, we will supply you with another access code to view the results. You will be directed to a site where you can pay for the service and provide contact information.
CUSTOMIZATION: Each of our generic surveys can also be customized. We can modify, add or delete questions. We can provide for sub-group identification with separate reports for each. And we can also customize the reports you receive. Customization will result in extra charges.
