SEQUUS has been involved in providing leadership and management training for police service organizations for many years.

Ralph Brown has been involved with the RCMP. Al Holmes works with the Winnipeg Police Service.

Ralph's work has focussed on Performance Management, Al's on Field Trainers and leadership training for newly appointed Sargeants. Together they have led over 25 workshops involving as many as 500 police men and women.
