Welcome to the Management Training & Development Needs Survey Questionnaire test page. This page would help your organization identify and priorize training and development needs among its leaders, managers, supervisors, team leaders and others. Once you and others submit your responses to the survey version of the questionnaire below, your organization would be sent a report showing the results.

Below you will find listed, several areas of knowledge, skill or ability. You are asked to make two evaluations for each item. First you are asked to assess the "importance" of the item to the success of your organization. Then you are asked to assess your "need for training or development" . In both ratings you will be using a 5 point scale. The definitions for each scale are..
IMPORTANCE: 1= NOT IMPORTANT, 2 = SOME IMPORTANCE, 3 = DESIRABLE, 4 = IMPORTANT, 5 = VERY IMPORTANT
