Management: Consulting Education Development

Sequus directors have a long history of links to the education sector. We deliver educational programming for some universities and employ several professors as sub-contractors. We have universities, colleges and school divisions as clients for planning, staff training, and organization development. We have delivered special management development programs for school principals. We have partnered with business schools to deliver major, residential executive and management seminars.

We have a long relationship with the University of Manitoba to deliver management training for the Winnipeg Police Service. We have taught in the Asper School of Business MBA program and joined with the Rotman School of Business to deliver a multi-modular Change Management program. The University of Winnipeg credits some of our workshops in their certificate programs.

Among our edcuational sector clients are the Universities of Winnipeg, Manitoba and Brandon; Assiniboine and Red River College; Frontier College; Syracuse University; South Winnipeg Technical Institute; the Stonewall, St.Vital, St. James and Fort Garry School Divisions; Manitoba Education and Training; the Manitoba International Education Council; Society for Organization in Education; the Rotman School of Business; River East School Division; Manitoba Association Of Principals; Manitoba Association of School Board Officers; Fort Garry Teachers' Association; Cooperative College of Canada; Canadian Association of Principals and we have worked extensively with educational ministries in the Eastern Caribbean and have trained the leaders of international education-related NGOs such as CUSO, WUS, ACCC, IDRC and others.
